He outlines his strategies for effecting this metamorphosis through the full participation of the faculty and staff in this institutional re-engineering. Intent on re-focusing the School's mission to the education of the next generation of leaders, he prioritized the philosophy of mutual support of faculty and staff to further the overarching goals of the School. All of these factors have resulted in a new ethic and an HBS where everyone thrives.
