Rye Barcott Story
Story regarding his experience as an Iraq War veteran attending HBS in the 2000s. His admissions interview was conducted over satellite telephone in Fallujah, Iraq, where he served as a Marine. Although skeptical when the interviewer, a former Marine, said that HBS is "a transformational place," he now agrees with that characterization. He is gratified by the pronounced "respect of others" on campus, including his welcome as a military veteran.
